Lasagna with Chorizo & Prawn in Spicy Tomato Sauce 焗辣茄大蝦千層麵

 

Kwok’s Kitchen 被我荒廢了好一陣子, 家下抖暑完畢, 可以再次走入廚房玩煮飯仔 !

經過多回 Dinner Night, 真心發現食客人數同我出品之質素係成反比的, 要怪只怪我總愛叫上一大班朋友來吃飯, 卻未想到有時候趕工起來, 就會有些失手了.

因此勸告各位朋友, 想吃到美味的新菜式, 怕要跟我約番 individual session 了 !

今晚興起跟好友來個 Cooking Class, 煮了這個帶點香辣的大蝦濶條麵, 又一個值得寫進 Menu 的菜式 ~

材料:

 Lasagne Sheets  5 – 6 slices
 Chorizo  100 g (sliced)
 Prawn  Frozen 1 box  ~ 250g
 Tomato  3 pcs (Large size – chopped)
 Tinned Tomato  1 can (400g)
 Garlic  5 colves (chopped)
 Fresh Basil  1 bunch (chopped)
 Balsamic Vinegar  1 splash
 Parmesan Cheese  100 g (grated)
 Smoked Applewood Cheddar Cheese  100 g (grated)
 Red Pepper  1/2 pc (sliced)
 Mushroom  150 g (halved)
 Tabasco  Few drops
 Black pepper  少許
 Salt  少許

 

1. 先用水沖洗雪藏蝦, 凝乾水, 用一半份量蒜蓉, 黑椒 & 鹽 去醃 半小時.

2. 起鑊煎香 Chorizo, 放入洋蒽一起炒至金黃.

3. 先取出 Chorizo, 再順次序下 一半蒜蓉, 紅椒粒, 磨菇, 蕃茄粒, 最後加入罐頭蕃茄粒.

4. 調味則用上 Balsamic Vinegar, Basil, Tabasco, S & P, 煮滾直到杰身.

5. 另外開鑊下 Olive oil, 煎香大蝦, 落點白酒, 大蝦不用煮到全熟.

 

6. 有齊材料, 可以玩層層疊了. 一層 Lasagne, 一層茄醬, 數隻大蝦, 數片 Chorizo, 幾粒 Cheddar cheese, 再洒上 Parmesan cheese. 重覆以上次序, 直到舖滿一整盆.

7. 千層麵的表面, 用大蝦, Chorizo & Cherry Tomato 來點綴, 最後洒上 Parmesan cheese, 便可以入焗爐.

 

8. 用 180 – 200 度火, 焗大約半小時, 直到有點 bubbling 以及 面層金黃, 那就可以享用了.

      首先要多謝你的支持先啦, 估唔到真係有人會追番晒黎睇, 開心~~
      我估你都係潛人來的吧 ?! 會唔會係 HK 潛呢 ?! 如果係, 咁下年再開季之時, 我地好有機會見到面喎, 相信你睇左咁多篇, 應該好易認到我件 Wetsuit 吧 ?! =P

      四葉妹妹呢, 舊版可能要去搵搵, 不過最近出左再生版, 你去旺角 D 玩具店會有.
      至於價格, 你可以去 HK Yahoo 拍賣場睇下, 有幾位 seller 其實係有地舖玩具店的.

      放心, 我會繼續努力, 因為… 我真係寫唔切了 !! 倉底仲有一個越南, 黎緊又再去旅行… 所以放心, 呢度會繼續更新的 ! 多 d 黎坐下, 留下言啦 ~

        I cannot dive as I am an asthmatic patient. But I enjoy colleagues sharing their pics with me. And now, I can see more diving pics from ur blog especially those shrimps.

        No worry, u just enjoy ur trips. When u have time, do write the diaries.
