焗茄汁豬扒飯 Baked Pork Chops in Tomato Sauce with Rice

冇o急汁, 改用醋.

用左 Cherry Tomato, 冇用大蕃茄. 

用白飯底, 冇炒到飯

味道幾好, 汁冇出面食咁 "杰" 同 "漏", 但亦因為個汁稀左, 所以比較濕.

係差在我用 Low Fat Sliced Cheese, 所以唔係好溶咁 ~
